SPECIALISING IN ATTACHMENT AND RELATIONAL PSYCHOTHERAPY
"We provide counselling and psychotherapy to both individuals and parents, offering a safe and supportive space to explore your personal challenges. Our approach is integrative, meaning we draw from a variety of therapeutic methods tailored to meet your unique needs. We use person-centred therapy, focusing on you as the expert of your own life, helping you uncover your inner strengths. Psychotherapy allows us to explore deeper emotional patterns, often rooted in early experiences. We also incorporate inner child and parts work, helping you connect with and heal unresolved feelings from the past. For practical support, we use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to address unhelpful thought patterns, alongside mindfulness techniques to promote calm and self-awareness. Somatic practices help you tune into your body, release stored tension, and regulate your emotions.
A key part of our work is helping you understand how your own thoughts and feelings affect your reactions to others. By exploring this, you’ll learn to recognise what’s happening within yourself and your child, allowing you to respond more thoughtfully and compassionately. With parents and children, we also incorporate play-based approaches to encourage connection and emotional understanding in a relaxed and engaging way. This holistic approach supports your journey towards healing, growth, and building healthier relationships."
