 By combining these techniques, I support clients in gaining deeper self-awareness, managing anxiety and depression, and overcoming limiting beliefs that may be holding them back.


Supporting Parents


In addition to individual counselling, I have extensive experience in parent counselling and coaching. Parenting is a complex and demanding role, and many parents feel overwhelmed or uncertain about how best to support their children. I work with parents to help them understand their child’s emotions and behaviours, while also considering the broader impact on family dynamics.


Through a blend of counselling, psychoeducation, and evidence-based strategies, I guide parents in managing challenging behaviours and fostering emotional regulation in their children. My holistic approach includes tools to strengthen the parent-child bond and promote healthier communication within the family.


The 12-Week Parent and Child Coaching Program


I offer is a 12-week parent and child training program, designed for parents of children aged 4 to 10 years. This program provides a structured and supportive framework for parents to address their child's emotional and behavioural challenges. Sessions include a combination of parent counselling, child-led play, and psychoeducation, empowering parents to create a nurturing and supportive environment at home.




The program is tailored to meet the unique needs of each family and is open to single parents, couples, carers, and kinship arrangements. Some sessions involve both the parent and child, providing opportunities to practice new skills.  


Upon completing the program, parents can choose to continue with individual or parent counselling sessions, if needed.

Supporting Individual Clients and Parents With Relationship Challenges:


Relationships play a central role in our lives, influencing our emotional well-being and sense of fulfilment. However, many people find themselves struggling in their relationships, whether with a partner, family member, friend, or colleague. These challenges often stem from deep-seated patterns or unresolved experiences, and addressing them can lead to significant personal growth.


I work with clients to explore the dynamics of their relationships, identify areas of conflict or dissatisfaction, and develop practical tools for change. This may involve examining communication styles, setting boundaries, or addressing past traumas that continue to influence current interactions. By fostering self-awareness and emotional insight, I help clients build healthier and more fulfilling connections.
