My Approach
I take a holistic approach to counselling individuals, drawing on a range of therapeutic methods to address each client's unique needs. These include Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Inner Child Therapy.
By combining these techniques, I support clients in gaining deeper self-awareness, managing anxiety and depression, and overcoming limiting beliefs that may be holding them back.
