  • What are your business hours?

    In-Person Sessions -

    Depending on availability, in-person sessions are held weekly or fortnightly in Clapham, London, between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.


    Online Sessions -

    Monday           - 9 am - 6 pm

    Tuesday          - 9 am - 6 pm

    Wednesday  - 6 pm - 9 pm

    Friday                -6pm - 9 pm

    Saturday         - 2.30 pm - 5.30 pm

  • How will I have my session with you?

    Either in person in Clapham (Saturday morning only depending on availability) or Zoom online session

    Integrative therapy combines various therapeutic approaches, including person-centred, psychodynamic, and cognitive therapies, to address both emotional and cognitive aspects of your struggles.

    This involves techniques for managing emotional responses, such as mindfulness and compassion-based practices, as well as somatic methods to support overall emotional resilience.

  • How Do I Know If Your Services Are Right for Me?

    If you're an adult struggling with relationship challenges, anxiety, or self-esteem issues, our services can help you explore whether these difficulties are linked to unresolved wounds from your past. You may not fully recognise that your childhood experiences, even with loving and caring parents, have influenced the way you relate to others.


    This may have an impact on relationship with yourself, romantic relationships and with your children. These early experiences may cause you to be more reactive and make it difficult to validate your feelings, partners feelings or your child's feelings, especially when they exhibit challenging behaviour. 


    We provide a safe space to help you understand and heal from these past patterns that are impacting on your relationships with others, offering tools and support to help you break free from reactive responses and build more connected, healthier relationships with yourself, partners, children and others in your life.

    You can contact us via phone or email, or use our online booking system to schedule a session.


    I am very approachable and want to help, so if you just want to arrange a call to talk about what you are experieincing, please make contact.  Even if you are not able to start therapy with me.  I am able to give you some advice on where you can go to get help.
